This is our initial element of coaching; getting you moving. This is what we have built our reputation on. Effective, efficient, and fun training. 

At BPT we believe that technique is key, you have to earn the ability to progress within the training and from this you then earn the ability to perform better. We teach you all this in a non intimidating environment, with our great gym set up and the studio based coaching format. 


We have our GROUP TRAINING and PERSONAL TRAINING options, along with our supported GYM TRAINING memberships. Whatever fits your budget and time, we have an option for getting you started.

BPT NUTRITION

You can’t out train a bad diet. Everything that you have heard about nutrition being the most important aspect when it comes to body transformation is true. That’s why at BPT we want to equip you to make the right decisions when it comes to food.


We follow the principles of calorie deficit, macro balance and enjoyment! Yes, you can still have a balanced eating plan that allows you some freedom for celebrating and still staying on track. Life is for living and we will guide you on how to get the right fit for you. We teach the fundamentals of building individual nutritional frameworks and educate our members through seminars, downloads and in session Q&A. We want to inspire and empower you to work more effectively towards your goals in and outside of the gym.
