Designed to cater for fat loss and toning through the broad spectrum of training methods we use from bodyweight resistance, free weights, kettlebells, maximum intensity interval training, boxing drills and core conditioning, you are guaranteed results - or your money back!!


Monthly Subscription Includes:

3-4 x 45 min sessions per week

Full Gym Membership with integrated workout program included.

Nutritional Program supporting the goals specific to the member.

5 x training times per day to choose from Mon/Wed/Fri AM & PM options.

Barbell Berserkers & Valkyries

The Barbell Programs were initially developed to help people learn how to lift free weights and essentially build confidence and competence on the gym floor. ESPECIALLY AS MOST WOMEN ARE MISINFORMED and PETRIFIED OF WEIGHTS.


The Barbell Valkyries has helped women become more aware of the true benefits of what lifting weights can actually do in helping them achieve their dream body. 

The Barbell Berserkers are learning that there is more to being a man than lifting heavy - a better understanding of what it is to be a husband/partner, a father and striving for success in life.


Monthly Subscription Includes:

2 x 1 hour coaching sessions.

Full Gym Membership with Periodised Training Program included.

Nutritional Program supporting the goals specific to the member.

Up to 5 Members in the team maximum to maintain coaching and performance standards.

REPout is a kick ass class with one goal in mind - to get the very last rep you can give squeezed out of you!!


Predominantly studio barbell, bodyweight and kettlebell based in nature, the intensity of the workouts is what makes this a real body shaper of a session. 


A whole host of exercises incorporating the crucial elements of push - pull - squat - hinge - stride - partials - jump all with the commonality of HIGH REPS!!

Training For Warriors (TFW)

Training For Warriors is the creation of Martin Rooney, a former U.S. Olympic athlete and fitness industry visionary. As the Isle of Man's only level 2 qualified coach of the TFW system,  Bodytrack is are integrating the renowned Hurricane Training sessions into our timetable. This is for intermediate - advanced fitness aficionados only!! Or the brave 😉

Kettlebell Krew

Kettlebells are a tried and tested bastion of the fitness world and for good reason. All the muscles activated, it's cardiovascularly challenging and a great calorie burner. You get the advantage of toning your muscles and burning body fat all in one session.

At a perfect time to suit those who can do a post school drop off session.

Time to glove up, get the Rocky tunes on and sweat through a beast of a pad work and boxing conditioning session. 60 gruelling minutes, every Tue and Thu evening; this session is open to men and women wanting to learn the noble art and get a GREAT workout every time.

Terms & Conditions for Classes and Programs

In the event of a session being cancelled by the instructor, you are able to attend ANY Bodytrack PT class of your choosing within 14 days of the session cancellation on the timetable. You are equally encouraged to use your inclusive Gym Membership (worth £25) to maintain your training regime and progress as part of your FitCamps journey.


Payments are every 4 week cycle (on the 28th of each month) and there are 16 sessions available within each 28 days. As each month is 28 days or more, you also pick up whatever the extra sessions are each month included in your fee.
