Barbell Beauties & Barbarians

The Barbell Beauties Programs was initially developed to help women learn how to lift free weights and essentially build confidence and competence on the gym floor. ESPECIALLY AS MOST WOMEN ARE PETRIFIED OF WEIGHTS.


The Barbell Beauties has helped women become more aware of the true benefits of what lifting weights can actually do in helping them achieve their dream body. 


Includes:

2 x 1 hour coaching sessions.

Full Gym Membership with Periodised Training Program included.

Nutritional Program supporting the goals specific to the member.

Up to 5 Members in the team maximum to maintain coaching and performance standards.


REPout

REPout is a kick ass class with one goal in mind - to get the very last rep you can give within the workout squeezed out of you!!


Predominantly studio barbell, bodyweight and kettlebell based in nature, the intensity of the workouts is what makes this a real body shaper of a session. 


A whole host of exercises incorporating the crucial elements of push - pull - squat - hinge - stride - partials - jump all with the commonality of HIGH REPS!!


Includes:

3 x 30 min sessions per week

Training For Warriors (TFW)

Training For Warriors is the creation of Martin Rooney, a former U.S. Olympic athlete and fitness industry visionary. As the Isle of Man's only level 2 qualified coach of the TFW system,  Bodytrack is are integrating the renowned Hurricane Training sessions into our timetable. This is for intermediate - advanced fitness aficionados only!! Or the brave 😉

2-3 x 30 min sessions per week.

Kettlebell Krew

Kettlebells are a tried and tested bastion of the fitness world and for good reason. All the muscles activated, it's cardiovascularly challenging and a great calorie burner. You get the advantage of toning your muscles and burning body fat all in one session.

At a perfect time to suit those who can do a post school drop off session.

2 x 45 min sessions per week.

PowerBox

Time to glove up, get the Rocky tunes on and sweat through a beast of a pad work and boxing conditioning session. 60 gruelling minutes, every Tue and Thu evening; this session is open to men and women wanting to learn the noble art and get a GREAT workout every time.
